Payment

A 2% processing fee is added for credit and debit card payments. There is no fee for eCheck payments. You'll need your six-digit customer number, which is on your invoice.

Best method — Pay by eCheck

Pay online: use the online payment page or scan the QR code on your invoice.

Please note: you'll need your six-digit customer number (on your invoice) and the school/organization zip code.

Pay by Regular Check

Print a copy of your invoice showing the final amount owed, account name and six-digit account number, and mail it with your check to:

You'll need your six-digit customer number (on your invoice). If the transaction is initially declined, call the number on the back of your card to authorize it. If your daily limit doesn't permit paying in full at once, you can make partial payments on successive days until the balance clears.
